For over eleven years, Southern Rehab and Sports Medicine has provided physical therapy services to LaGrange. Since opening in 2009, the business has opened two other locations in West Point and Columbus. Despite this challenging year, the company is humbled to announce it will open a new location in Newnan on November 1, 2020.

Located at 1575 Georgia 34 Suite B, the branch will specialize in expert orthopedic and sports medicine Physical Therapy. Southern Rehab therapists are board-certified in Orthopedics and have certifications in Dry Needling and Spinal Manipulation.

“For years we have worked with providers in Newnan and have treated patients traveling to our LaGrange office. We are excited to be closer to these patients and providers and to build new relationships with others in this area,” said owner and therapist, Dr. Josh McGinty.

“We also look forward to expanding our number of self-referred patients. Many people do not realize that a doctor’s referral is not needed to see a physical therapist. Patients can save time and money by visiting our facility first,” Josh continued.

To meet demands in this new market, two new therapists have joined the Southern Rehab team. Dr. Jacob Strickland and Dr. Rachel Lacey will assist Dr. McGinty and Dr. David Buuck who will treat patients in LaGrange and Newnan.

The clinic is set to open November 1, 2020, but appointments can already be scheduled. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment at this new location, you can do so by calling the office at (770)683-5042 or by completing the form below.
