Josh graduated with his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama and earned his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
He specializes in sports medicine and manual therapy. He is board certified in orthopedics, certified in dry needling and spinal manipulation, and is a mentor for Emory University’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. He has been a presenter and instructor for continuing education courses, with a focus on Blood Flow Restriction training.
Josh enjoys hanging out with his wife Katie and their 3 kids Cohen, Eli, and Esme. On the weekends you can likely find him on the lake with his family.
